I’m creating a product claim submission form that will be filled out by customers, and id like the corresponding sales rep to receive an email when one of their customers fills out the form. However, the sales reps are not board members, and the customer isnt going to type their email in the field. Im looking to have a dropdown of sales rep names and the customer would select their corresponding rep. Tying that selection to an automatically generated email to that reps email address is where we’ve become stumped. We have the plus plan.
