Subject: Issue importing XLSX/CSV files into my Monday.com workflow

I’m experiencing an issue when trying to import XLSX files into my workflow. Even very simple XLSX or CSV files reproduce the same problem and prevent the import from completing.

The error logs are vague and do not provide enough detail to identify the root cause. I have already tested with simplified files to rule out formatting complexity, but the issue still occurs.

Could you please help investigate what may be causing the import failure and advise on the correct file format, structure, or any known limitations that could be affecting the process?
