I am trying to automate a subscription.
I have a form for each subscription. I have included a label for each of the subscriptions eg ‘Bulletin 1’ has a label and ‘Bulletin 2’ has a label. I have automated it such that when a form is submitted I ask Monday.com to find a matching item (if the person subscribing is already subscribed). Then if yes (the person is already subscribed) I would like to ADD the new subscription label (say the person want’s to register for Bulletin 2) to the old subscription label (Bulletin 1, for example - as the person was already subscribed for Bulletin 1). For the life of me I can’t ADD a label - when ever I try to update the column it OVERRIDES the old subscription with the new.
I have a wrokaround for now, but it is extra manual work, so has anyone been able to crack this?
