Using Monday.com to Track Word Game Content and Automation Workflows

Hello everyone,

I’ve recently been exploring different ways to organize content workflows using monday.com, and I’m curious how others are managing similar setups.

I run a small content workflow that revolves around publishing puzzle and word-game related articles (for example guides, tips, and daily puzzle updates). The main challenge has been keeping track of multiple tasks such as keyword research, writing, editing, and publishing schedules.

Right now, I’m experimenting with a board structure that includes:

  • A content planning board for tracking article ideas

  • Status columns for stages like research, writing, editing, and published

  • Automations to notify collaborators when an item moves to the next stage

  • A dashboard view to quickly monitor what content is ready to publish

So far it’s working fairly well, but I’m wondering if there are better ways to structure this workflow.

A couple of questions for the community:

  1. Has anyone here used Monday.com to manage content or publishing workflows?

  2. Are there any automation recipes or integrations you recommend to make the process smoother?

  3. Do you use dashboards or reporting widgets to track productivity or publishing frequency?

I’d love to hear how others are organizing similar workflows or if there are templates that work particularly well for this use case.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
