Allow apps to prompt users to add board/item views during the installation flow

Description:

Currently, when a user installs a marketplace app that includes board views or item views, those views are not surfaced or added as part of the installation process. After installation, users land on their board with no visible trace of the app — they must manually add each view through a multi-step process that competes with dozens of unrelated options.

The current experience:

  • Board view: The user must click "Add View" → navigate to the Apps section → browse all available apps → locate and select ours

  • Item view: The user must open an item → click "Add View" → "Explore more views" → land on the full Item Views Center (showing Recommended, Essentials, Marketplace apps, etc.) → search or scroll to find the app they already installed

This means a user who has already installed and paid for an app is forced to re-discover it among uninstalled marketplace apps, with no indication they already own it.

Requested feature:

Add an optional step at the end of the app installation flow that asks the user: "Would you like to add [App Name]'s board view / item view to get started?" — a simple opt-in confirmation, keeping the user in full control.

Why this matters:

  • Reduces drop-off between installation and first use

  • Eliminates a confusing experience where users don't know the app is "ready to use"

  • Keeps the user in control (opt-in, not automatic)

  • Already a common pattern in other SaaS platforms with plugin/extension ecosystems
