Currently, "viewer" account level cannot see vibe apps if they are connected to boards, even if those viewers have access to the boards directly. This is a fundamental limitation to vibe apps and goes against the existing account access level limitations. In our case, it severely limits the usefulness of having a vibe app set as our homepage.
