Announcement banner available for guests

We use the announcement banner quite frequently to share important updates and tasks internally, but it would be great if this feature could be used to interact with guests as well. At the moment, if we want to communicate with guests on an account wide basis, it's limited to adding tasks on boards, or email comms and we'd prefer to encourage monday.com engagement as much as possible.
