Please add the ability to select multiple file attachments at once when sending emails through the CRM.
Right now, attachments have to be added one PDF at a time, which creates a major bottleneck for our team of 40 users working in a high-volume sales environment. When sending customer emails with several supporting documents, the current process is repetitive, time-consuming, and unnecessarily manual.
What seems like a small limitation becomes a significant productivity issue at scale. Across a large sales team sending a high volume of emails every day, attaching files one by one adds friction, slows users down, and reduces efficiency.
A multi-select attachment option would make the CRM noticeably better by:
reducing repetitive clicks
speeding up email preparation
improving efficiency for high-volume teams
making the platform faster and easier to use overall
This would be a simple but high-impact usability improvement.
