I would like to submit a few improvements on the automation board that would make a huge difference for the people working on automations.
First, would it be possible to put the cursor in the search box automatically, without having to click on it ? There is no other place to write anyway so it should be easy and it would save a lot of clicks.
Second, it would be nice too if the search box could be always activated, even while the automations are loading. Currently, when the board is loading, it is impossible to click on the search box. This would save a lot of time when you spend the whole days on the automation board.
Third, the filter is nice, but not really useful. I would be better if we could filter on a certain column. It would be even much better if we could filter on the fact that the column is used in the trigger or in the action.
Finally, would it be possible to search the EXACT string that is input in the search field. For example, when searching for the words âCAB IC uploadedâ, I get a lot of results that are somehow related to my search, but that are not relevant:
 Instead of looking into 5 or 6 automations, I have to screen 15-20 mixed up automations. On the same idea, when I type in âcreatedâ, I will get result where the word creation is written and vice-versa. I can understand why Monday is doing this, but in my case, I would like the search to be more restrictive. It would be even better if we could choose to have a restricted search or a more "fuzzy" one.
These improvements would really ease my life and help people automating workflow being more productive.
