Automations in multi-level boards to create a subitem (level three) under a subitem (level two) etc.

An automation to create subitems under subitems at a higher level would be very helpful. My automations create so many tasks that could be organized by subitem categories. Example: vendors as the subitem and an automated list of vendors populate as a level three subitem.
