Change 'view items' setting to be specific to board roles

Currently you can only change the 'view items' setting and have it apply to all role types (except owner). This causes a roadblock for different functions within a business, as sometimes some items on a board are confidential and perhaps external stakeholders have access to the board, and for other functions such as management, they need a birds-eye-view on all items on the same board.
