Connected Board Column: Enrich the dropdown with a secondary column to identify "homonyms" (or "duplicates")

When using a Connected Board column, the selection dropdown only displays the item name. In large boards, this makes it impossible to distinguish between items that share the same name.

This is a fundamental need for any team managing large reference boards (contacts, products, RFPs, assets, employees). Without it, the Connected Board column becomes unreliable at scale, and data integrity suffers.

Use case

Imagine a CRM setup with a contacts board (15,000 entries) linked to a companies board. A user needs to connect a deal to the right "Jose Garcia" — but the dropdown shows 5 contacts with that exact name, all from different companies, with no additional context. There is currently no way to tell them apart without leaving the item, navigating to the contacts board, and manually searching for the right one.

This creates errors (wrong contact linked), wastes time, and forces workarounds like renaming every item with a suffix (e.g. "JosĂ© Garcia — Acme Corp") just to make the dropdown usable — which is not scalable at 15,000 records.

Requested behavior

Allow users to select one (or more?) secondary columns from the connected board to display alongside the item name inside the dropdown.

The secondary columns would be read-only context, used only to guide selection — not editable from the dropdown.

Example:

> José Garcia | Acme Corp | Madrid
> José Garcia | Beta Industries | Lisbon
> José Garcia | Gamma Solutions | Paris
