I am always enjoying using monday.com!
However, I would like to suggest a new idea that I believe would make the platform even better.
When you open a task card, there is a "Files" tab next to the "Updates" tab.
Currently, clicking "Add file" in this tab adds the file to the Files gallery by default.To add it to a Files column instead, one must click the arrow button on the right and select "Add to Files column."
I would like to request a feature that allows users to customize the default action when clicking "Add file."
The reason is that adding files directly to the Files column makes it much easier to see at a glance which items have attachments.
Furthermore, we use the Kanban view, which allows us to display information from the Files column directly on the cards.
Since the Files column is frequently used in project management, I would appreciate your consideration of this request.
