The "Extract with AI" column feature doesn't currently work with Text Widgets. We use a Text Widget in our Service Tickets to maintain critical internal notes, ticket summaries, and links to other tickets and resources. We need the Rich Text Widget for this because plain-text columns don't allow formatting or hyperlinks. However, because this content lives in a widget rather than a column, it's not searchable across the board.
Adding Text Widgets as a source option in the AI column configuration would allow us to extract data from these formatted notes and copy it into a plain text column, making this critical information searchable and usable throughout the platform.
We'd like Text Widget to be an option for the "input" in the Autofill with AI column:
