Enable AI Sidekick to Submit Product Feedback and Feature Requests

Problem: Currently, when users ask the AI Sidekick to submit feature requests or product feedback to the monday.com team, the AI cannot complete this action. Users must manually navigate to the Community forum, draft their request, and post it themselves - even when they've already explained their need to the AI.

Requested Feature: Enable the AI Sidekick to submit feature requests and product feedback directly to the monday.com product team on behalf of users. This could work by:

  • Allowing the AI to post to the Community Feature Requests section with proper attribution

  • Creating an internal feedback submission system that the AI can access

  • Generating a pre-filled form or draft that's automatically queued for submission with one-click user approval

Use Cases:

  • Users discover missing features or pain points while working and want to report them immediately without context-switching

  • AI can help articulate technical feature requests more clearly based on the user's natural language description

  • Streamlines the feedback loop between users and the product team

  • Captures feedback in the moment when users are most engaged with the problem

Current Workaround (and limitations):

  • AI drafts the request, but users must manually copy, navigate to Community, log in, and post

  • Breaks workflow and adds friction to the feedback process

  • Many feature requests likely go unsubmitted due to this extra effort
