Enable Map View + GPS data input for Location column when used in WorkForms

It's possible to copy/paste GPS coordinates into the Location column in a table view, but this doesn't work when data entry occurs via WorkForm.

In addition, it'd be helpful to have the map view capability in form view once a location is selected.
