We’ve been working through a use case over the past few days and wanted to share a feature request that would make a big difference for teams like ours.
We often need to share board or dashboard information with external stakeholders who don’t have (and shouldn’t need) a Monday account. Right now, the available sharing options make this a bit challenging without adding users or adjusting permissions more than we’d like.
What we’d love to see:
A public-facing, read-only view option for boards and dashboards that can be shared via a secure link.
Ideally, this would include:
The ability to generate a public or shareable link
Read-only access (no edits)
Control over which columns or data are visible
Optional filters or simplified views for external audiences
Strong security controls to protect sensitive data
Why this matters:
This would make it much easier to share updates, reports, and project status with partners, leadership, and community stakeholders—without requiring them to log in or be added as users.
