Filtered Dropdowns Based on Prior Form Input

I am trying to build a logistics tracker for a large construction project. I have most of it figured out, but I need the field workers to be able to select a Purchase Order and then only see the items available on that specific purchase order. This will eliminate mistakes with receiving the wrong materials. I can probably build an external app, but I would like to keep the entire dashboard housed within Monday.com. I have a "Material Master" board that can be mapped to a form for filtering, I just need the form be capable of filtering in this way.
