I use a formula column often to calculate how long it is taking to do something or even to set an SLA in the work management product. But, the WORKDAYS function does not recognize any holidays that are built into my calendar so my formulas get thrown off when there is a holiday and when we have a weeklong shutdown at the end of the year, all of our tasks go late.
I would like to see the WORKDAYS function utilize my Account calendar and recognize the holidays as well.
