One of the biggest limitations in workflow automations is that they must be tied to a specific item, rather than being triggered by a broader event or board-level condition.
I desperately need workflows that are triggered by events happening anywhere within a board or group, not by monitoring a single item indefinitely.
Please develop workflow automations to trigger based on:
Any item in a board/group meeting a condition
A status changing anywhere within a group
A new group being created
Any item matching a defined filter/event criteria
Board-level or workflow-level events not anchored to one specific item
