Improve Community Search; Allow filtering to search by area (e.g., Feature Requests)

Currently there is no way to filter your search to, for example, only search Feature Requests. You automatically get everything and can't filter down your results, and just have to keep clicking "see more results" to skim through dozens/hundreds of tangentially related things before finding what you're looking for (if you're lucky).

Please please please give us the ability to filter the area(s) we want to search within. E.g., search for X within Feature Requests.
