Make Group Columns in a Single Board Customizable

A lot of the times an organization wants to keep their workflow in a single board and use the groups to represent a different part of the process. Most of the time not all parts of the process include the exact same steps, it would be helpful if instead of every column being in every group, if we could customize what columns are needed per group.
