Currently we have workflows that trigger when a deliverable is approved or approved with Changes. Because the TRIGGER in the workflow does not allow for more than one option, we are having to duplicate the exact same workflow to account for the 'approved with changes' option. We could eliminate about 30% of these duplicated flows if we could add the additional value in a trigger to any given workflow.
