I really need a column that just does simple math and outputs a number. I know formula columns have the ability to do math but in their current state the outputs can't be used for charts and automation triggers which make them useless for my use case. I have been able to create some sub par automations that accomplish the task but none have made me happy that I have them set up. For a while I was able to use the AI customization to do this and it returned the result in the number column but I quickly used up all my AI credits on just simple math, forcing me to revisit my board setup. I'm looking for just addition and subtraction at this point. I don't need crazy complex formulas, just basic math that outputs a typed result in a number column that can be used in charts and automations like the current number columns.
