Please update how email subjects are being generated in Monday Service tickets. Replies and reply-alls automatically prepend “RE,” which quickly becomes excessive and confusing. The current behavior makes long threads look messy and unprofessional. New emails allow us to create appropriate subject lines, which is a great feature and should be available for all emails/responses sent, regardless of the selection.
NOTE: I am creating a new Feature Request for this based a community post from several months ago (https://community.monday.com/ask-the-com/post/re-re-re-re-subject-appening-re-after-every-reply-hQqeypglMruAInf), as I don't see the previously posted request listed anymore. My team reports this same issue to me regularly.
