Remove the Files tab in the Item Page when files are not allowed in the permissions

At our firm we have a policy to now allow files be uploaded into monday.com. But the files tab still shows for all the uses when they open the Item Page. That causes a lot of questions. We have over 500 uses currently and that is causing our tech team more headaches that we need.
