Let’s look at a simple cross-board calculation example using budgets.
On a separate spreadsheet tab, we calculated the total planned budget and total actual spend across two different campaign boards using the well-known SUM formula, referencing value ranges from the relevant columns on each board.
Then, based on this aggregated data, we built a chart that clearly visualizes the variance between planned and actual costs.
Thanks to the two-way sync, any change made on a board is automatically recalculated in the spreadsheet — and vice versa.
