I have a system in which I track vendors. I know that I could use a CRM board, but I have an existing solution in Monday Work Management, so I think I want to stay there for now.
When I create a new vendor, I add them to the board, but I then ask them to complete a form that asks for more information. I want a way to:
- Create the vendor record, then
- Allow them to access and update the existing record by matching on their email address.
In short, I want to enter Joe Smith (with an email of [email protected] and some job details) and then ask him to visit the form, enter his email, and then answer a bunch of questions. When all is done, I want a single record, updated with his additions.
Is this possible?
