We are using monday.com documents attached to item columns via the “doc” column type. When a document is linked like this:
https://[workspace].monday.com/docs/[doc_id]
I’ve observed that even after an item is deleted—and then permanently deleted from the trash—the documents can be recovered if I have a stored JSON with the correct metadata. Since the document links appear to point to CDN-hosted content (assumption), I’m curious:
- How long do these document links remain accessible after the item or board they belong to is permanently deleted?
- Are the links eventually invalidated or removed from the CDN/Monday’s system?
