I’m trying to send email notifications through monday.com using the Outlook integration.
We have a Microsoft 365 account where I’ve created an alias email ([email protected]) under my main email ([email protected]),
However, when I connect Outlook in monday.com automations, it only allows sending emails from my main email address ([email protected]). I want the emails to be sent from the alias address ([email protected]) — not “on behalf of”, but directly as the sender.
Is there any way to:
- Choose an alias as the From address in monday.com’s email automation?
- Or connect a shared mailbox or alias account directly to send notifications?
Would appreciate any advice or workaround! 🙏
