I am currently working on a Museum Membership Software solution and I want to integrate it with monday.com to improve workflow automation and member management.

The idea is to connect museum membership data (like member details, renewals, digital membership cards, and access tracking) with monday.com boards so we can:

  • Automatically create/update member records in monday boards

  • Sync membership status (active, expired, renewal due)

  • Track digital membership card issuance and validation

  • Automate notifications for renewals and updates

  • Possibly integrate through API or third-party tools like Zapier or webhooks

I would like to know:

  1. What is the best way to integrate a custom Museum Membership Software with monday.com?

  2. Does monday.com support direct API integration for this use case?

  3. Are there any recommended approaches for handling digital membership card data sync inside boards or apps?

  4. Has anyone implemented something similar with membership-based systems?
