Search that returns data as interface (like cards)

I am looking for a way to make a simple search form that will search for a Box ID in a single group, on a single board, return the data from that item only (just like the card view available), and let my user select match or exception, based on comparison to the physical contents of that box ID. The contents of this box will change all the time, so it is a dynamic database. I would ideally like to be able to manually enter the box ID or scan a QR code of my box ID for the search.
