Our team needs to set up a robust, workflow for sending Financial Year End email reminders to clients. We are looking for a solution that goes beyond native automations, as we need to:
- Use complex email templates that pull data from various columns.
- Trigger reminders based on a specific client’s Financial Year End Date.
- Automate emails conditionally, based on both time (e.g., X days before deadline) and changes in a status column.
Has anyone had success with a third-party apps or a specific workflow for a similar challenge? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
