I’m currently using Monday.com to manage on-site service requests and inspections for a roofing business. I’ve set up a board with location details, contact info, and project status, but I’m looking for better ways to:
Automatically assign reps based on location
Send reminders for upcoming inspections
Track follow-up tasks after the job is completed
Has anyone here used Monday to manage similar field service workflows? Any recommended templates or automation tricks?
