Creation Forms - Drag & Drop Stopped Functioning

The drag and drop feature on the new item creation form has suddenly disappeared so now I have a newly created field sitting at the very bottom when I need it to be near the top. Was this removed? Is there a glitch? I tried online chat but they just said “refreshing the page should work” and were generally unhelpful. It’s not working in desktop app or web.
