I would love to be able to sort my email templates in Work Mangement. Currently they are sorted by when I put them in or updated, and no ability to move them into any order. It would be even more helpful if I could have categories, and then emails, but even just being able to move them into different orders would be better than it is now. If you use Work Management, you know that the email capabilites are more limited than CRM, and I’d love to see thing updated in communication on Work Mangement - please vote!
