We have a lot of boards (150+) so use folders to organise them. It would be really useful if we could move boards between folders using automations on status change, e.g. when status changes from ‘Proposal’ to ‘Live’ move the board from the ‘Proposals’ folder to the ‘Live jobs’ folder. At the moment we have to drag them manually.
This would be really helpful for the Portfolio feature as well. If we’ve lost a deal, we need to be able to move the linked board to a ‘Dead Deals’ folder. Right now, the team just change the status but they forget to move the linked board.
