Starting this week, the Monday.com AI Notetaker has been joining all of my boss’s calls. However, she never set up the connection and there is no way, evidently, to turn it off. We have turned off all AI features in our account, yet the llama continues to appear 2 minutes before each call she’s invited to. The support team has said our account manager needs to disable the add-on in our account, but we’re going on 3 days of this issue now and it hasn’t been resolved. Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this?

If it makes sense for your account, and if you have the permissions, delete your calendar integration(s) for the time being. We had never set up or enabled the Notetaker, but I had multiple calendar integrations, and that was evidently what allowed the llama to join my boss’s deposition over Zoom (and a few other Zooms uninvited, as well).
We are working with support to see if it’s possible to just turn this one AI feature off so we can have our calendar integration back.

Thanks for your response Paul! It’s good to know this isn’t just affecting us, but I’m sorry to hear that you’re dealing with this as well. My boss’s account had one calendar integration connected with a deleted board from several years ago. I just tried deleting that, will see if that resolves anything!
