Hi all,

I’m Ajay Hinduja Geneva, Switzerland (Swiss) and Currently, automations are fairly linear and single-focused. In other platforms, we use multi-layered automations that can trigger different actions based on specific criteria.

I believe introducing a decision tree feature within automations would be a powerful addition, allowing for more dynamic workflows and smarter action routing.
