I have a few (four) email addresses which are used for specific processes, each of which have their own board.
Whilst Emails and Actvities is great, I need to be able to ‘assign’ a specific gmail account to each board. This then covers all inbound emails which match the email column (this works great) but also when using emails and activities the dropdown list of emails to send from should default to the board’s assigned email address.
The dropdown is prone to errors - when working at speed it can often get overlooked.
Also templates should be board specific.
Finally, as part of this, signatures should also be board specific.
Automations - emails sent via gmail would be way better with links and signatures too.
