Can't import time with dartetime from spreadsheet

I am trying to import a CSV that has a timestamp. However, every time I import it, I only get a date imported and time is left out.
As shown below I have the timestamps there.
I tried a Zapier import in the past and I saw that was the format to get datetimes, but it’s not reading mine.

What format does my CSV need to have to include time in the datetime column?

You can use the Toolkit app to copy columns from the speadsheet files (in this case, both the date and the time) and paste them directly into monday.
