I’m encountering a persistent issue with instance storage that I’d like to get some expert advice on. Here are the details:
- Browser: I’m using OperaGx.
- Behavior: I’m unable to interact with the instance storage (getting a 401 error), but I can still edit items and perform other operations within the platform.
- Response code: Every call to the instance storage returns a 401 status code.
- Response body:
{error: "Unauthenticated"}
. - Workaround: Clearing the cache with
SHIFT + F5
resolves the issue temporarily, and using a different browser also fixes the problem. However, I’d prefer not to rely on these temporary solutions.
We don’t want our clients to have to continuously clear their cache every time this issue arises. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a known fix or something we could adjust in our environment or with Monday.com’s configuration to resolve this more permanently?
