Hi @OmerK - thanks for the update.
At the same time the new API went live our customers started experiencing issues with DocuGen when populating documents with values from mirror columns. Previously (for a long time) DocuGen was able to fetch mirror columns via API. Suddenly starting 48 hours ago our customers started reporting that mirror columns are not populating documents anymore. When we investigated this, we found out the monday.com GraphQL API is returning 500 error. Please look into this as a matter of urgency as we have thousands of customers using DocuGen on a daily basis.

Here is a short video with more details:

@Adnene

FYI we did submit a ticket to monday.com app support several hours ago but are yet to receive a response.

Hey @samicaracand , I’m not aware of 500 errors with the API but for another issue that was fixed (shared on slack).
We’ll look forward to it and update.

Thanks @OmerK

The Slack link is another issue.

However, we have some customers who started reporting a couple of hours ago that the issue resolved itself. I am not sure yet if the issue is fixed for all customers or just some. I will keep you posted. But please makes sure your dev team is aware of this issue due its wide impact on our customers

@OmerK I confirm that the query works as expected now.
