Conditional Formatting - Should be a separate view + apply to sub items

Currently, if conditional formatting is applied then user needs to save it as a new view. The request is,

  1. Conditional formatting should be applied to the existing view (Main view) and not have to be saved as separate view
  2. Conditional formatting should also be applied to subitems (if column exists).
