I would like to give my company the ability to use the “Invite with link (anyone with a @company.com email)” option to view the status of projects tracked in boards. However, I do NOT want them to be “members”. I want them to be “Viewer (Read-only)”, unless I manually change them to members. I’ve included an example of what it would look like, adding the “Member” and “Viewer” options below the URL, just like it is below “Invite with email” option.
There are a lot of users that need to see info but I don’t want them to have any more permissions than that. Adding them individually will be extremely time-consuming, but appears to be the only way currently.
