Could anyone help us with this? I read a similar issue here from July 2022 but it’s still not working for us.
I encountered an issue where the custom action doesn’t trigger our action endpoint URL. We removed the authentication first but still it doesn’t work. Is there a way to check why it isn’t calling the endpoint URL?
Webhooks for subscribe, unsubscribe, and app events are all working except for this custom action.
Please advise how to resolve this.
