On the Enterprise plan there is a function that has much potential for reporting: “Schedule email notification”.
Unfortunately, at the moment the email sent only includes a link to the dashboard.
Would be immensely better if that option would include an option to schedule an email (automatically) with a PDF print of the dashboard to email.
Since Dashboards represent real-time data, it would be extremely helpful to see a weekly report in PDF for audit/comparison purposes.
We require to send a print PDF report and send it over Email, Or Slack or any other via in a customizable time schedule( Per Day, per week, month, quarter, etc) managers wants the information right away not a link. If he might require more detail he would click the link
Monday finally has this feature, however you can only schedule monthly on a particular day number (1-31). This means you can’t schedule a report for the last day of the month!
You would need to manually select a fixed date, such as the 28th or 30th, which can lead to issues in months with varying lengths. If you schedule it for the 31st, it won’t be delivered in months with 30, 29, or 28 days! If you schedule it for the 30th, it gets delivered too soon in months with 31 days!
Monday developers never seem to fully think out the features from a user’s perspective. Who wouldn’t want a month-end report? I don’t want it scheduled for the 1st as that is the start of a new month.
