Hi,
On the dashboard page, it would be helpful if the reporting was more versatile. So far I have tried to set up some widgets to get an overview of things but most of the widgets are rather “dumb”. For example, there’s a widget showing total number of tasks across boards… ok why do i need to know how many tasks there are. And a slightly more useful widget shows the count of tasks labeled “in progress” - but we need the ability to click on this number and see the list of what the tasks are, not just a number. Same for the other widgets. Could a “drill down” feature be added so that we can see easily what is behind the visual graphs.
thanks for considering
Hi @wenzday, I believe you can do this, you just need to open the widget into full screen. Also have you tried creating a stacked bar chart, and using filters to see when tasks are overdue for example? Happy to show you what it can do over a free consultation. Link is below.

Hi Bruce, thanks for your response and for your consulting offer. Yes I do see that now that you need to click “fullscreen” in order to see the table. Still feels a little clunky.
There are a few apps that you could try if it is really bothersome, though it could take more time than it is worth and probably won’t be free. A quick search in the app marketplace gave me: Charts & Diagrams, More Charts, Super Charts, Reports & Charts by Appvibe, Visual Charts, Mermaid Charts and Diagrams, eazyBI Reports and Charts.

Thanks. I guess another reason is that the filtering doesn’t seem to be working on the widgets for some reason, but I created a ticket with monday.com today for that. who wouldv’e known that trying to get a report of what tasks were marked complete this week would take me over a week to do. Ironic.
