Hi,
I’d like to suggest a small UX improvement related to cancelling an app subscription from the Marketplace.
Currently, after cancelling a subscription, there is no clear indication to the user. Since the paid plan remains active until the next billing date, users often assume the cancellation didn’t work and repeat the action multiple times.
Suggested improvement:
Show a clear message after cancellation, such as:
“Your paid plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made, and the plan will then switch to free.”
Why this matters to us:
Each cancellation creates an event on our side, triggering automations and manual workflows. Repeated cancellations generate duplicate events, unnecessary operational work, and multiple automated emails sent to the customer.
