I am trying to set up a medical electrical safety form for our engineers to complete and the form to link back to the table which is fine but can you pdf the form that has been completed and can it be filled in on the app

You can view your completed forms and download them as PDFs using the Form Response Viewer.

The Form Viewer is not available via the mobile app at present, but you can complete a form via our mobile apps. It’s worth noting that if you complete a form via the app it will register the form submission as coming from the form creator rather than the user that filled out the form. If you’d like the user who filled out the form to be assigned, you should ensure that these users complete the form in a web browser instead
